TECHNICAL CONDITION

Electric power capacity: input 4 526 kW, one HV transformer station in operation, 2 x 800 kVA and 1 x 630 kVA (13 transformer stations envisaged – to be built according to investors' needs); power ensured through two independent HV 22 kV feeding lines

Water mains: HDPE – DN 150, length: 1,200 m, Q = 10 litres/s

Waste water sewage: DN 300, DN 400 collector, capacity: 16 litres/s

Storm water drainage: DN 600 and DN 800 collectors, capacity: 252 litres/s

Gas mains: HP/MP regulation station, capacity: 5,000m3/hour; piping: MP 0.4 MPa, DN 160, length: 700 m, DN 110, length: 650 m.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The site of IP is situated app. 300 m away along R1 Motorway (R1 Pribina Motorway to Nitra, Bratislava, E77 to Ružomberok, I/66 to Brezno, Poprad). Construction of R3 Motorway from Trstená, Ružomberok, Banská Bystrica, Zvolen, Krupina, Šahy, Budapest (Hungary) scheduled for 2014.

Personal and cargo railway station Banská Bystrica 3 km away – main station and bus station. Municipal bus line ends on the site.
