TECHNICAL CONDITION
Roads. purpose-built (one-way) road in the total length of 1.5 km
Electric power capacity: transformer station situated not more than 1 km away from the IP, cogeneration unit for the generation of electricity and heat situated in the IP
Water mains: IP site connected to water mains from on-site source (well); capacity not stated either by the municipality or established investors.
Waste water sewage: IP connected to municipal DN 110 sewage system from which waste water is drained do waste water treatment plant through DN 225 pipeline.
Strom water drainage: not built
Gas pipeline: Medium Pressure gas connection built in the IP.
Geothermal energy: Geothermal drill-well situated in the distance of 1.2 km; can be used for heating purposes.
INFRASTRUCTURE
IP accessible through access road (approx. 1.2 km) which is connected to road II/573 (Šaľa – Komárno)
